Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes

Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes

A super-easy method to bake potatoes without heating up. This procedure for slow cooker jacket potatoes couldn’t be any more straightforward.

Prick the potatoes and coat in olive oil, flavour and then cover in foil. Cook on high for four to five hours and you’ll have complete, creamy roast potatoes and no need for an oven. Baked Potato is a secure method to cook “baked” potatoes when you don’t have a place in the oven! Once you try it, you’ll wonder why you haven’t done it before.

These baked potatoes are an excellent solution when you want Baked Potatoes but don’t want to heat the house by having the oven on! We serve them alongside steaks or pork tenderloin, but I also use them in any recipe requiring cooked or mashed potatoes. While these potatoes aren’t technically oven “baked” they serve the same purpose and taste amazing!

I love these to help like a baked potato alongside Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, but they’re also great to use in procedures that need Crushed Potatoes as a base! Put them in the slow cooker while you run jobs and then when you’re set to make your way the potatoes are cooked and cooked for dicing or mashing! Voila! Regular baked potatoes have this form of deceiving me. It’s not that they annoy me, per (particularly once topped with bacon and cheese), but they’ve never felt interesting enough to justify the full hour of high-temperature oven flashing it takes to bring them to success. Crock Pot Baked Potatoes, however, are a completely separate scenario. A few years ago, we were on an RV trip moving for the day, and we weren’t listed to arrive until nearly supper time. As you reasonably know by now, I love to use my gradual cooker at home and on the road, so I assumed I’d try baking my potatoes in the slow cooker while we were moving that day.
