Cinnamon Roll Apple Crisp

Cinnamon Roll Apple Crisp

This period of the year might be my favourite for baking—even more than the vacations. There’s something unique about turning on the oven on a crunchy, chilly autumn day and something especially comforting about preparing a yeasted dough to be loaded and covered with all the yummy things. In enhancement to their more healing methods, these apple crisp cinnamon rolls have everything you enjoy about a usual cinnamon roll: fuzzy, smooth dough, sugary cinnamon dressing, and decadent swirly cores! The only turn is that sautéed apples go on the middle with the cinnamon filling and streusel goes on top alternatively of a more popular glaze. And take it from this cream cheese icing enthusiast, this version is best.

I cannot hold the crunchy-crispy part that appears when you bake the butter, brown sugar, and oats. The difference between the soft and delicious apples with the crumble is primo. Assure that you use traditional whole spread oats and not fast cook or instant because they will not provide the right texture for your crumble. There is widespread doubt about the recipe! Can I replace it? No, you can’t. Traditional oats are only for this recipe.

I prefer crisps and crumbles of all varieties, but apple crisp, in unique, is always a sentimental love. This recipe mixes the tried and authentic savours of apple crisp – including sweet apples spiced with cinnamon and sugar and coated with a crumble topping – with a fresh twist.
