Avocado Spinach Dip

Avocado Spinach Dip

Celebrate avocado this summertime with this fast and straightforward Spinach Avocado Dip Recipe! You’ll enjoy its amazingly smooth feel, and you do not require mayo, sour cream or any prepared ingredients. It’s one of my preferred dairy-free keto recipes. Believe me, after preparing this Creamy Spinach Avocado Dip recipe you’ll nevermore make another one! Make this light vegetarian dip with avocados and spinach for a movie-night bite. Serve with toasted pitta pieces of bread for dipping.

Anyways, after several attempts in the cuisine last week, I lastly decided to share my favourite
avocado dip, a dairy-free Spinach Avocado Dip. My house names this dip creamy because of its decadently creamy form! Wow, I found that avocados are a tasty choice to cream, mayo or any butterfat cheese. This Spinach Avocado Dip is effortless to make, as always I’m a working person, and I prefer uncomplicated recipes. This dip feels best cold. Chill the avocados in advance if serving the dip shortly. Baby spinach can be applied, but ordinary spinach will present more taste and fibre. Not just any dip, though! Most sauce, notably store-bought, are filled with all sorts of nasties and harmful fat, so you might need to omit them right next to that bag of potato bits.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of diced avocado
  • ½ cup of reduced-fat sour cream
  • ¼ cup of chopped red onion
  • One tablespoon of fresh lime juice
  • One tablespoon of chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
  • One large garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • hot sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Process spinach, avocado, red onion, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, sour cream, garlic, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce in a blender until smooth.
  • Transfer the blended dip to a serving bowl and cover well with a plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.

Have a good day!
