Unicorn Smoothie

Unicorn Smoothie

Turn a hearty breakfast into an enchanting treat with the freely multicoloured bands in this fruit smoothie. Combine a fruit skewer to take the aforementioned fun rainbow recipe to the following level. If you’re not well-known with this new drink, it’s a coffee-less milkshake prepared with plenty of syrups, including vanilla, mango, and a blue-coloured white mocha sauce, to produce a sweet and tart flavoured drink. Instead, I think you should make this impressive smoothie, preferably. It’s just as lovely as the excellent frappuccino if you ask me, and it receives its original magenta colour from Pitaya, also recognised as Dragon Fruit. You can find bags of Pitaya puree in the freezer section at whole foods. This strange fruit is filled with antioxidants, and its seeds contain polyunsaturated fats, like omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. This dragon fruit smoothie perceives like a standard berry smoothie to me, so don’t be intimidated by its bright pink colour or seeds. Those vibrant pinks and blues are all thanks to beets, strawberries, raspberries, and spirulina. Not a drop of unnatural colour insight. If you’ve never had spirulina, it’s remarkably higher in nutrients and has a touch of a murky taste. You can see it with the supplements and protein powder at any ordinary grocer. If you want a super light blue, look for a brand called Blue Majik. Most other labels provide a higher blue-green colour.
