INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of cherries
  • 1 cup of greens
  • One packet of slivered almonds
  • One bottle of almond butter
  • 1 cup goat cheese
  • One bottle of sherry vinegar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Toss the toast almonds to a nonstick and heat.
  • Slice cherries.
  • In a bowl add almond butter, water, sherry vinegar and whisk together
  • In another bowl, add greens, almonds, cherries and goat cheese.
  • Finally, drizzle the dressing and mix it
  • Top with extra cherries, cheese and nuts
