Mushroom Lamb and Feta Gozleme

Like everybody’s popular Clear Flatbreads recipe, the Gozleme pastry needs no yeast, few ingredients (no yoghurt) and is very smooth to work with. You’re continuing to fall in affection with this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 400g lamb mince
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 200g Button sliced Mushrooms
  • 200g crumbled feta
  • Lemon wedges

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place flour and spread the dough and add the lamb mince mixture, cooked mushrooms, feta and seal the edges.
  • Brush with olive oil and cook in a pan until golden
  • Serve with lemon wedges
