Leftover Thanksgiving Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup of butter
- 1cup of chopped celery
- ¼ cup of minced onion
- 1 (8 ounces) package bread stuffing cubes
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 2 cups of turkey gravy
- 2 cups of chopped cooked turkey
- 1 (15 ounces) can of cream-style corn
- 3 cups of mashed potatoes
- ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a hot saucepan, add butter, celery, onion, bread cubes, and pour in chicken broth.
- In a bowl of turkey, pour leftover turkey gravy, and combine like a paste.
- Spread it as a layer over the bread cubes and over that add cream-style corn as a layer, then mashed potato as the last layer.
- Bake at 350-degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle some cheddar cheese over the layer and bake for 10 minutes at 400-degree F.
