INGREDIENTS
- 20-24 baby potatoes
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp nutmeg powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 tsp castor sugar
- 1 cup of salt
- 2 tbsp red chilli flakes
- One tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tsp chopped fresh barley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix onion powder, garlic powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, all-purpose seasoning, dried oregano, dried rosemary, smoked paprika, red chilli powder, peppercorns, castor sugar, salt, chilli flakes together
- Pour 1 tbsp oil and put 20-24 baby potatoes into it.
- Add the mix into it and toss it.
