Fig Ricotta Toast
Avocado toast may be too good, but my choice recently is Savory Fig Ricotta Toast made with mixed ricotta, arugula, salami, and dried California black mission figs. I was excited to make this recipe using black mission figs after attempting a similar toast with fig jam at a restaurant. My ricotta toast morning meal has so many coats of flavor. The subtleness of the protein-filled cheese is endorsed with the nuttiness of arugula, saltiness from salami, freshness from figs and drops of honey, and a little warmth from freshly ground shattered black pepper. Joined together, this uncomplicated recipe of figs on toast is excellent!
So why don’t we rest down with a fresh wedge of toast coated with honey & thyme ricotta and slices of figs? This one is as straightforward as they prepare. Just pop a part of the bread in the toaster as you usually would, and as its toasting mix commonly the honey and thyme with the ricotta and few figs. In the future, I would like to prepare this again. Fig & Ricotta Toast is a Mediterranean-looked toast that turns it into a swift breakfast for any day. Let’s see.
