Crispy Roast Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
- Seven large potatoes
- Five cloves of garlic
- One cup of olive oil
- Salt- as you want
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a heated saucepan, pour the cold water and add the potatoes.
- After cooking soft, plunge in ice water so you can easily peel the tip.
- Slice the potatoes into two and fluff it with a fork.
- Place them in a baking tray and fill the spaces with cloves of garlic.
- Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle some salt over the potatoes.
- Roast until golden and sprinkle some salt for extra taste.
