Bananas Foster Belgian Waffles

Bananas Foster Belgian Waffles

I have a long, full love for breakfast meals. In truth, as a kid, my menu frequently consisted of cereal and egg waffles. Soon that I’m older and more learned in the waffles of the world, my waffle of preference is between Belgian and Liege. Nothing hits domestic waffles on a drizzly day, mainly Belgian style waffles covered with bananas foster. I think if you can have mimosas at brunch, why not have booze-soaked bananas as excellent?

Bananas foster is one of my complete preferred desserts, notably with a spoon of vanilla flavoured bean-flecked ice cream. It’s super easy to make, and the outcome is fantastic: hot, cinnamon dotted bananas dipped in a creamy caramel rum sauce.

If you’ve never had bananas foster and you’re not smart on starting a fire in your pantry, you can make the food without burning the rum on flame; just let the gravy cook-off for a while until it’s dense and syrupy. Pure indulgence on a plate is what I want to call this little banana creativity. Your vanilla-scented waffles are the platform for a gluey sugary mixture of bananas, rum, and brown sugar bliss. (The alcohol cooks off so it can be recognised child-friendly.) Besides the flavour tango, you can taste good about giving your family a whole lot of potassium for the day started. To get these waffles to a whole new level, spray some toasted pecans on top. Supremely tasty!
